Osteria Il Gallo Nero Ristorante Firenze, Part II

... and then it was time for the food.

The highly professional chefs and staff at the restaurant provided me with everything I needed, so it was up to me to get the best out of it. We had picked up a nice orange tree to place in the background. I only used natural lighting - the only right thing to do when photographing food.

Of course, we had a little taste afterwards. Some of the best food I've ever tasted.
